The Flying Pig Marathon has a wonderful reputation, and they sure do live up to it! For the second year in the row they landed in the number two slot of The BibRave 100’s 20 best Marathons. According to runners, this detail-obsessed organization has thought of everything: They have volunteers just to take pictures of you with your own camera at the top of the hardest hill that gets you to the best view. Who does that?”

The Pig weekend is non-stop fun and entertainment.

In addition, they truly embrace and bring to life their adorable pig theme in every way possible! From starting corral “pig pens” to the finish line “finish swine,” the piggy-theme gets all the runners in a curly-tailed frenzy!

Finally, “they have something for everyone; a fur race, a race for the youngest runners and kids that run a full marathon by logging their miles throughout the year, finishing the last mile at the Pig.” With all that hype, we can see why so many little piggies head to Cincinnati!
