The race was so much fun. I was nervous about the early start time but we were so excited it was fine. Volunteers along the course were awesome. Disney music and characters kept things fun. Running in the parks (Hollywood Studios and Epcot) was so much fun. When we picked up our bibs I asked where to go next (usually there's a shirt and a bag of goodies....but I was handed a bib and pins. Not even a bag) She looked at me like I was weird and said well there's an expo downstairs if you want. So we went down and bought a shirt. I found out afterwards that I should have been given a long sleeved shirt and a bag! Completely disappointed. Also I was looking for Mickey or Minnie to get a picture during the race. Not a big deal but didn't see them or any good characters really....not even at the finish line. Then I saw others got photos so I'm not sure how I missed it but it would be awesome if these bits of info could be relayed to first timers. No big deal on the characters. The volunteers were great. There was a lot of excitement and the race was a blast. I will do it again!
