This is a beautiful course, mostly flat with some downhills, no significant uphills on the half at all. The course starts on a wide road which is really great because you feel nicely spaced right from the beginning. The first few miles are countryside as the sun starts coming up over the mountains, super pretty. The remainder winds you through residential neighbourhoods in Missoula and I think I loved this the best, the community comes out and really cheers you on, such a good vibe. This year the temps were perfect, and lots of sprinklers on route to help you keep cool. I would recommend this race for sure.
