My friends and I turned this into a girls trip and had a great time, some beautiful scenery a lot of crowd support. The weather however, was horrible and the temperature was dropping from beginning to end. They did need more instruction on letting runners run together as one of my friends were in a corral behind mine and the other friend and instead of joining her the volunteer made us go to the very last corral but gave us no direction of where it was, so we almost missed our start time.

This one starts and finishes at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a free entry to the Hall of Fame is part of the swag for the half marathoners. The course is very pretty with a few hills, and goes through the cultural gardens and along the lake. Now to the needs fixing- - the expo or packet pick up is just your shirt, your tag, and the ticket to the HOF (needs a bit of swag work). The pre-race line for the porta potty was quite long and I had to beg people in line to let me go in front of them since they were starting after I was in the other race options. Luckily they were super nice and allowed it, as I exited the porta potty the race was starting. They really needed twice as many for the crowd they had. Again, I loved the scenery, the medal and seeing the HOF, as well as the music afterwards.
