I enjoyed this race a lot. Location is s fun getaway- Myrtle Beach is s great destination (this was my first time) to be near or on the beach. Weather was good- 60 and overcast (although 90% humidity). Totally flat course. My one complaint is that you don’t see much of the beach during the Half course- just a few occasions when there was a gap between beachfront hotels. I really love the race shirt - pretty aqua blue long-sleeved t. The post-race party offered pizza and beer, among other things!
