I signed up for this race and was unable to go because my boss wouldn't grant me the time off request. I asked for a refund under their guidelines and they arbitrarily denied my request. I will not be running this race in the future due to their refusal to work with me and be reasonable about whether or not they would grant me a refund. Not a good race to sign up for if you might not be able to make it to the start line to run the face.
