A fairly local race for me but would not recommend as a destination marathon.

Pros:

Amazing volunteers, particularly at the finish line
Tote/bag was pretty cool
The ability to use your own bottles is unique and made you feel elite
Beautiful course

Cons:

Lack of toilet paper at porta-potties; too few overall
Cambered road very tough on legs - first half of course
Nature of course does not cater to spectators, was fairly quiet
Showers (a big selling point) at finish did not work
Limited expo, very small
Parking was extremely limited
Tech tee low quality
Not a great value for the price

I’m glad I ran (and did PR), but will not run this one again.
