I did the south route which didn't have great views. I hear the other half had views of the launch building which would be cool to see.
The shirt is a nice long sleeve tech shirt; it would be nice if more Florida runs gave you short sleeve shirts since I don't get a lot of opportunities to where long sleeve shirts running here.
They did have lots of good food at the race end; bananas, eggs, pancakes, pizza and free beer.

The elevation may have been classic Florida flat but the bridge at mile 12 almost crushes you feels like you are running straight up. Be sure to save a bit for the end.
Great little race( I think there we ~600 runners for the half). Very different vibe from most half marathons in central Florida felt like a weekend run through the neighborhood with some friends. The pacers we very friendly and on time. The aid stations were run by local high schools kids who dressed up and competed for runners votes as best aid station. :)
Also since its flat(mostly), not super crowded, and early in the race season this is a great race to PR in. Also the year we did it it was just before the cutoff for updating your verified time for Princess so if you are looking to improve your corral placement this is a great option.

They rave reviews for this race are well deserved.
T-Shirts/SWAG:
The medal and Shirt are really nice. The shirt is actually made from recycled plastic which is really neat.
Aid stations:
There were plenty of aid stations with both water and Gatorade. And one station with gels (Boom and Clif)
Elevation Difficulty:
As with most central Florida runs this one is very flat. Except the bridge you run up and over at miles ~1.5 and ~12.5. While I don't think the bridge is huge it feels like Mt Everest at the end of the race :)
Race Management:
This is a well run race with lots of friendly volunteers. It was also really nice that they had both run pacers and run/walk pacers.
Course Scenery:
Saved the best for last. This was a joy to run. You go through quiet neighborhoods, with friendly residents who come out to support you. The race goes along the water so you get a great waterfront view and then we entered a tree covered park and they back along the water to the finish. The Start/Finish is also at a very nice park right on the water.
This run is definitely on our list for next year!

Always a great run and great medals. I look forward to running through Magic Kingdom and the Army Men "urging you along". And of course the wonderful volunteers and Character photos!
The weather is usually good this time of year in central Florida; this year was a bit warm but still managed to PR. Just wish they switched back to a gel from the Jelly beans at the aid stations.

Always a great run and great medals. Circling Epcot with the torches and Cast members cheering you along is always great! And all the character photos! A great way to warm up for the Half the next morning.
