Having recently moved to Milwaukee, I was beyond impressed with everything about this Half Marathon! From the communications, to the setup, course (varied and lovely scenery, and just the right amount of elevation challenges), swag, organization, after-party, volunteers, everything!! I have run a number of Half Marathons around the country, as well as the NYC Marathon, and this one really ranked at the top of the list of how well it was done. If I was forced to pick anything that could be improved, it would be to add some booths to the expo, and perhaps offer sports gel to at least one of the hydration stations. Otherwise, it was a perfect race! KUDOS to the new race production company, and everyone involved, for making it a truly wonderful race! Highly recommend, and I'll be back next year!
