DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS RACE!

I signed up for this race last year because the swag looked so cool. They put my zip up jacket on back order months before the race. I was told to pick it up on race day and it was still not ready. I followed up with customer support several times. Its now been AN ENTIRE YEAR and I have not received my swag. I had to give up on reaching out to customer support because they had no idea what was going on. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I paid for items and its been a year and I have not received my items. On top of that I had to hound their customer service team multiple times a month to try to get a response back or any information on where my zip up was that I paid for. DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS RACE. THERE A LOT OF GREAT RACES OUT THERE THAT GIVE YOU ITEMS WHEN YOU PAY FOR THEM. DONT SIGN UP FOR THIS RACE AND SUPPORT CRAP LIKE THIS. FIND ANOTHER RACE!!
