While this year was a little different due to the virtual aspect I just wanted to leave a review of how wonderfully the race management handle the circumstances. Communication was frequent throughout the process. All registrants were able to complete the virtual race, receive their swag, and for a small fee re-register for next years event. While I didn’t run in Tahoe, I have been there and the race course is beautiful. Looking forward to running in person next year in Tahoe!

Running across the bay bridge was everything I hoped for an more. This was my second marathon and such a great experience. Don’t be fooled by the flat, fast course description though. With the change of course to run the bridge you have several miles over the bridge that are just a continuous climb. That being said the race management was awesome, aid stations were great, and overall I had a wonderful experience
