Summary:
Overall, this is a great race in the beautiful neighborhood of Winter Park in Orlando, FL. Track Shack is the race organization behind the race and if you know anything about Track Shack races they are extremely organized and run very smoothly. The team puts a lot of effort to ensure runners have a good experience. This race also has a 2 miler and Distance Dare (2 Miler + 10k together).

Course:
The course starts and finishes on Park Ave, Winter Park's main street. There are mile markers to place yourself accordingly by pace. Winter Park is a stunning neighborhood with beautiful homes all around and overlaying trees above. The course overall is very flat and fast. There is a hill on mile 3, but nothing to really fear. After the race, there is plenty of water and snacks handed out to all the finishers. What I love about Track Shack races is they have a clock every mile. If you are a runner gunning for a PR this very helpful!

Gear / Bling:
The medals for this race are pretty nice! The 10k medal is pretty nice and if you do the Distance Dare you get the 2 Miler medal and the Distance Dare medal, so you can walk out with 3 medals. At packet pick up, you get a beer cup and a nice tech shirt.

Parking / Race Morning:
For the most part, there is a plenty of parking in the Park Ave area. There is quite a few lots and side streets to park on. There were plenty of port-a-potties, but like any other race lines to build up as you get closer to the start time.
