This was my very first local and virtual trail race. It’s the race that helped me discover my love for trail running. It’s perfect for beginners, too! DC Timing did a fantastic job marking the trails and as new runner that was important to me because I was worried about getting lost. The swag was GREAT! A portion of the proceeds will go to the Forecastle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, and help protect the worlds natural resources.
