HORRIBLE customer service. Would not refund any runners when the race was canceled due to Covid-19. Also, waited to last minute to cancel when there was clearly no way the race would take place. Only offered runners options to participate in future races in other parts of the country. Will certainly never run a race with this company again. Strongly advice against participating in any of their races!
