I'm always happy to support Back on My Feet as their mission to change lives through the power of running really resonates with me. I liked this virtual race! There were a variety of distances offered, which felt very inclusive especially to those who might have been on the fence about running. I do, however, think that there is an opportunity to improve swag and virtual support to drum up excitement. Overall, however, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to a friend!

I very much enjoyed this virtual "marathon" experience. I felt accomplished without absolutely taxing myself! I participated over the course of a week. The beauty of this virtual marathon was that you did not need to run the distance in one shot; rather, you were able to accrue the 26.2 miles over the length of the virtual window to complete the distances at hand. I thought the swag was awesome. The more you run, the more items you receive. I have yet to actually get my swag, but I am so looking forward to it, especially the fact that the marathon distance earned me a charcuterie board. I would absolutely run this race in person when it is safe to do so.

This is for the virtual 2020 race. I loved running this virtually. I felt very well supported by race management as well as the team from my work that sponsored my bib. I've run a few virtual races this year, and I must say that this was the virtual race in which updates were communicated most effectively and in a timely fashion. I never felt like I needed to reach out with questions, because the management did the best job at answering them before anything came up! I felt a strong sense of pride while running even virtually, and can't wait to one day run this in person!

This is the race where I caught the run bug. I signed up to run the 2020 full marathon the week after crossing this half marathon's finish line (although those plans have been modified a bit due to covid....). I loved every single second of running this half marathon. I felt truly supported by the crowd every step of the race. The scenery is a healthy mix of downtown Philadelphia and beautiful nature through Kelly Drive. Overall, this race is a blast and a must run for anyone looking to take a scenic trip through Philadelphia!

I had a ton of fun running this race. It's an out and back along Montgomery Drive, which is always beautiful to cruise through during the fall. I loved the course. There is a challenging hill about halfway through the 10 miler which is absolutely brutal! My favorite part of that race happened on the hill - a lovely older gentleman encouraged me the entire way up the hill! The medals are so cool and are actually my favorites today of all the races I've run. I do think the pre race expo could have been a bit more robust (but it was a very efficient in and out process). I would definitely run this race again in person. I am running virtually this year!
