We have several turkey trots in the area but this is by far my favorite. Somewhat challenging course with ups & downs but secure & comfortable. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The timing system is sometimes an issue but they quickly resolve any issues. Free food at finish line. Beautiful medals for participants & TONZ of raffle prizes!!! 🤗Practically everyone walks away with something & I mean GOOD prizes!👍🏼 It’s my family tradition for about 8 years now & look forward to it every Thanksgiving! 🦃

The funnest race I ever ran!!! We were in the island for my husband’s Ironman & through that event we found out about this one. It’s a fundraiser for a local nonprofit. Price was so cheap, we actually made an additional donation to the cause. The t-shirt is the cutest, colorful, comfortable race shirt ever, one of my favorite running shirts to this day. Course was along the beach, on the road & amazing!!!🤩 The dress up (actually dress down😂) is optional. It was a very peppy, social & entertaining atmosphere. Not meant for time as there were no awards, just an adventure!

All I can think of is flat!! 😂 & flat is good! It’s probably the most “comfortable” half marathon I’ve ever ran. I went a little crazy at the expo, everything was awesome!!! 🤩 The course was half exciting & half simple, ran through a lot of neighborhood/houses but understandable, not many options, but still saw many beautiful sights at some points.🤷🏻‍♀️ I would definitely run this race again. 👍🏼

Overall, it was amazing! I would definitely run it again! I loved the gear available at the expo (still my favorite items to this day), I loved the route & scenery. 🤗 It was awesome that they had heaters available at the start, so grateful for that!! (In July😂) I didn’t love the parking hassle for both the expo & the race, however they had shuttles available which were a great help!👍🏼 They did inform us about it but didn’t expect it to be such an issue but it wouldn’t deter me from going back! It was that awesome!🤩
