I loved the course for this race. It’s super beautiful country and area on the Island. It’s super flat and can be fast. I loved the glass medal. Back then it wasn’t crowded and a great race to run with a group of friends. I definitely recommend this marathon. The weather was super; kinda cool and windy!

I fear this race may not come back - but of it does, put it on your calendar! The 50K is spectacular in this beautiful little town! It’s a small field of athletes. I absolutely fell in love with the race company and area! I loved visiting the town after - it was decorated so beautifully for fall! I think I even tried to pet a pig on the course!

I’m originally from Loo so this was a must do race! I was in heaven from the expo through the finishline. There were so many great booths & treats to walk away with. I loved the race course and medal! I loved running through Churchill Downs. Cherokee Park is phenomenal, but very hilly! I’d recommend this race for everyone !!

I had always wanted to run this race and the expo is spectacular. The course was difficult for a flatlander and our weather was RAIN. However, the scenery, spectators and adventure made it worthwhile! The expo was a huge party!

I loved all the PIG treats roadside with signs, balloons, etc! This is a must run marathon!
