This race is my current personal best. This is a marathon I recommend to everyone wanting to PR or BQ. There is one hill at mile 12 and some small rollers at the end, but it wasn't bad at all! 200 feet of elevation was super doable. Great crowd support, and great scenery. There is a reason Keira D'Amato set a record on this course! I'm actually running this race again in 2023 because I had a blast.

I ran this race in 2021. The weather was a perfect 34 degrees. There were plenty of aid stations and crowd support! I enjoyed getting to see the different neighborhoods around downtown Dallas/Turtle Creek. I never felt too crowded at any point on course and could easily run over to aid stations when needed. I definitely signed up for this race for 2022 so I can experience it all again!
