Emailed about changing my address as the packs always arrive just before the race.
Instead of helping me with this, I got passed on to different areas where I finally received an email saying the packs were waiting to be sent. Then saying I would have to pay ANOTHER delivery fee when they didn’t even check if it had been sent yet. Just going by assumptions.
Instead of trying to resolve this issue, I was given a rude and not helpful response.
I’ve been doing bridge to Brisbane for years along with my clients.
Can definitely be saying I won’t be doing one ever again and my clients and I will go elsewhere
