I Love this race! I’ve run it a few times and always enjoy myself. This year I did the Totally Crazy, a 3K run and then the 8K. The races are run at 7:59 PM and 8:59 PM. The people of Kingsport are wonderful! They light up the sidewalks, have their chairs out on their lawns, and spray you with their water guns and garden hoses. This kicks off Fun Fest and the town of Kingsport is very supportive as well. The medal for Totally Crazy is the size of a dinner plate! If you want a fun atmosphere and flat fast course, give the Cray 8’s a try!
