I ran in 2023.
The good. The corrals go off roughly 30 seconds to a minute apart, which is great because you actually have space to run in the first miles. The course is beautiful, especially through the park.
Plenty of aid stations-they use Nuun with water and/or just water. Crowd support in Philadelphia proper was lovely, and you're buoyed by other runners on the out and back portion through the park.
The bad. No clocks around the course. Only some mile markers. When your GPS is going off around the city, that can be frustrating.
The expo was efficient to navigate, and Reading Terminal is a great spot to get food at afterward.
Prices were also reasonable.
