This was the absolute worst 5k I've ever run. There were virtually no vendors present, no place to shelter from the rain before the run, no towels or any other way to dry off after the race. You should have been prepared for rain and still had all of the vendors and activities that were advertised. And, you should have been prepared to help people dry off. I am seriously considering never running the Phillies 5k again even though I've participated for several years. The organizers and the vendors should be ashamed of this event.
