Any course where you run on the Golden Gate Bridge (the actual road, not the side path), you should do it! SF RnR is one of those destination races where you talk about it for many years.

I ran the 1/2 marathon and the best part is the course itself. Going through many of SF's neighborhoods, rolling big hills, & the GG Bridge itself are the highlights. There isn't much crowd support, but you don't really notice because the hills keep you distracted. The last mile or so is a nice downhill that provides a confidence boost just before finishing.
