I have ran SF Giants 3 times, this really is a great race! Out and back course that starts outside of the Giant's baseball stadium and a turnaround point where there is a great view of GG Bridge (you don't go on the bridge itself). Course pretty much hugs the Bay trail, so you see the water/Embarcadero along most of the route.

Best part is finishing inside the stadium, on the field. If you are lucky, the announcer might call your name as you cross the finish line and/or be shown on the Jumbotron. I feel the race day participation is just the right size of a city race (other distances too). After the race, you can hang around the area and relax after a good run.
