This was a special COVID race with no spectators and not aid stations. The race is on a very hilly course with two loops for the 50k (My distance was actually 34 miles). It is held at Murphy Hannerhan Park (Hence the name) with wonderful rolling hills, forest running and prairie running. Lots of lakes and bogs to view. The weather can be cold and it had snowed the day before.
Great finish with a wood medal
