I love the rock and roll races. They are usually well organized and are fun to run. Always with the music at every few miles. This was one my more difficult courses I've done. I'm not a huge fan of hills and this one has a few. But I met some of my running Instagrammers during this race as well as some storm troopers. Easy to get around. But when I did this race, something else was going on so we trekked back to our hotel after which was tough cause they closed roads so no taxis. Lol.

I throughly enjoyed it. It was a great experience. It took you through the great parts of Portland. The staff was knowledgeable and fun to talk too. The snacks and drinks after we're great. The vendors were the style of the race. Something we all would need. There wasn't that much elevation which is great in my book. I'm not a fan of hills. Lol. But, if they still had this race in portland I would recommend it.
