This was my first HM and the final race before I left Taiwan. I had previously trained for other shorter runs, but training for this race during my thesis submission had not been so easy. I fought for free time and ran hard during that. I ran anywhere at 4 in morning (or night) to 12 in the night. However, the weekly mileage had not been much.
